Fall time is the best time

We are loving this fall weather and trying to soak up as much outdoor family time as possible. This weekend was no exception and we made the most of our time as a threesome. Saturday started with dining alfresco at one of our new favorite spots, Fuego. Owen always seems to enjoy the bread...not so much the olives (smart boy).


















Next we went for a stroll in Piedmont Park...a first for all of us. It was absolutely gorgeous! Surroundings were beautiful, weather was perfect and Owen was in heaven. Down the BIG slide with Mommy!






































Owen made some new friends at the park...of both the flesh and furry kind.

















On the way home for his afternoon nap, Owen made a few important calls. This kid is OBSESSED with phones.



















Later in the day, we made a visit to the Pumpkin Patch. Owen was in charge of picking out our pumpkin and he was sure to make a careful, informed decision.














Sunday morning we had bruch on the patio at Garrison's, another local favorite. Afterward, we went checked out the Community Center and discovered a quiet park not far from the house. As usual, Owen did not tolerate the stroller for long and wanted to talk to the ducks instead. "Kack, kack!"
It was just a picture-perfect weekend overall. Now, if Mother Nature would just cooperate and leave us with weather like this all year round!
